There’s only so much that our conscious minds can do for us without some supportive help and tools. These methods regulate and calm the nervous system and bypass the thinking-part of the brain which makes this extremely effective.  Our body holds emotions and memories we’re not always aware of. Unless we have the tools to release negative emotions, we can’t get rid of them.

EFT Tapping & “Hacking Reality”

E-F-T stands for Emotional Freedom Technique, some call Tapping. This is one of the primary tools used either on it’s own or in great harmony with other modalities and tools. Often times this technique allows and offers a direct communication with the little voice we hear in our heads - specifically the negative dialogue that takes place up there.

As talking directly to the subconscious mind takes place, the different meridian points are simultaneously being tapped on for discharge and release. Tapping on the body meridian points sends a piezo-electric charge to a specific part of your body that is responsible not only for physical functions but also specific emotions too.

Trapped Emotions

When we don’t have space to fully process a difficult experience what ends up happening is repression and suppression. This mean that the emotions (energy) get stuck and trapped in the physical body. Unless we have the tools to release negative emotions, we can’t get rid of them.
